Conducting user research to analyze what information was present and what information our moderators said was important to make decisions

Prototyping and user testing with our users to gain an understanding of what information was the most crucial to be scannable for an efficient workflow

Designing a flexible component, with swappable elements, depending on the team needs and workflow
